Why does everyone say think outside the box? What’s inside the box that they don’t want us to think about? 🤔👇🏿

Hello it’s Fridayyyyy 🎉 (This should be the normal mood since it’s Friday but I have zero plans to turn up for the weekend) but it’s fine because I’m glad I finally updated my Linkendln profile today after procrastinating for so many months. ⁣ ⁣ Got plans for the weekend? Let me live through you 👇🏿

I haven’t checked my weight in months but I just know my old jeans still fit and I’m assuming I have not added. I have been reading articles on how to lose weight without going to the gym if that’s possible and most of them advised to eat in small portions and to skip meals and that it’s better to eat breakfast than lunch. I’m not a breakfast babe like I rarely eat breakfast and you’ll most likely see me eat my first meal by 2pm ish and someone is like breakfast is the most important meal and that the secret to losing weight is eating breakfast and skipping lunch. So now I’m confused 🤦🏾‍♀️ . . Team breakfast or lunch or both 👀👇🏿

The heat wave was driving me crazy. Thank God for the rain and now we can dress in layers!

Looking at April and how it went and I’m really excited about May. Last night I spent an hour with my journal writing down what I achieved last month, areas where I didn’t do so well (reading a lot of books) and things I need to do differently (A lot of things). I do this every-time and i think you should try it too and oh don’t forget to also pray for the new month and I pray this is one of the best months and that you get that miracle you have been looking for.
